Is Tabasan Corporation a real company?
Yes. Tabasan Corporation has sold Japan surplus excavators for 10 years, with 2 yards you can visit: Along National Highway, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur, and No. 54 Dulalia St., Brgy. Lingunan, Valenzuela City.
Do you sell second hand excavators and used backhoes?
Yes. Every excavator we sell, which many buyers call a backhoe, is a second hand Japan surplus unit in the PC05 to PC200 class. We rebuild each one and test it under load, and you can watch it run at our yard or on a live video call before you pay a deposit.
Where can I buy a Japan surplus excavator in Ilocos Sur or Metro Manila?
You can visit our yard along National Highway in Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur, Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Our Valenzuela City yard is by appointment. We also deliver anywhere in the Philippines.
Why do you ask about the job first?
Because the job decides the machine. Telling us the work, the site and your budget lets us send only the units that fit, with delivery cost, so you do not waste time on the wrong one.
Why do you not show prices?
Every surplus unit has its own hours and condition, and some come with attachments, so we price each one on its own. You get the exact price in your quote within 1 hour during business hours.
Can I see the unit run before I pay?
Yes. Visit either yard, or book a live video demo and we will start and work the unit on camera.
Can I see the inspection records?
Yes. Ask your sales rep for the unit's inspection checklist, repair list and burn test result.
The unit is freshly painted. Is the paint hiding something?
We repaint only after the unit has been inspected and repaired. Ask your sales rep to show you the repair list.
How does the reservation deposit work?
The deposit is at least 30% of the unit price. You pay it after you have seen the unit run, and it reserves that unit for you.
Does the unit come with a warranty?
We do not offer a warranty. What you get instead is proof before you pay: you watch the unit run, see its inspection checklist, repair list and burn test result. You decide with the facts in front of you, and after delivery phone troubleshooting stays free for as long as you own the unit.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 3 business days. The exact time depends on your location and on whether we deliver directly or our partner logistics company does. Ask your sales rep for the timing to your site.
How do I pay?
We accept BDO bank deposits, cheque payment and GCash. If you want to finance the unit, our partners ORIX Metro, Radiowealth Finance and Country Funders offer equipment loans, subject to their approval.
Do you deliver to my province?
Yes, anywhere in the Philippines. Delivery cost depends on distance and is included in your quote.
What help do I get after I buy?
After delivery, our Customer Care Officer handles support and any other needs. Phone troubleshooting is free for as long as you own the unit. We send a mechanic to you or we find the spare parts needed, so the unit does not sit idle while you search. Mechanic visits by schedule and parts sourcing are available for a fee.
